The revenue of Ukrainian mobile operators was almost flat on the month in September falling 0.9% to 1.36 billion hryvnas, the State Statistics Committee said Tuesday.
In September, the operators’ revenue from long distance calls fell 9% on the month to 576.89 million hryvnas, the committee said.
Of the operators’ total communications revenue, the share of revenue from mobile communications totaled 54.6%, while the share of revenue from long distance calls amounted to 23%, the committee said. The remaining share of revenue was not provided.
Ukraine’s Mobile Communications, or UMC, is the largest Ukrainian mobile phone operator. (5.05 hryvnas-1$)
